RESUMO DO TRABALHO:
O Especialista em Controle de Projetos será um membro da equipe do PMO e ajudará a estabelecer e gerenciar os controles financeiros do programa e auxiliar o PMO na governança, supervisão e relatórios financeiros.

The Project Control Specialist will be a member of the PMO team and will assist with establishing and managing the program financial controls and assist the PMO with financial governance, oversight and reporting.

The Project Control Specialist will be a member of the PMO team and will assist with establishing and managing the program financial controls and assist the PMO with financial governance, oversight and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
General Responsibilities On his/her own initiative perform the following activities:
- Under the guidance of Project Management, familiarize with Project Contract Scope of Document Control
- Co-ordinate with various project personnel in establishing document control procedures and systems viz,Subcontractor etc
- Responsible for setting up Document Control requirements in EDMS (ProArc) of a Project and implementation of Database Management system
- Overall document management of the assigned project including mobilization and demobilization project document control staff
- Ensuring single point interface for all document control activities on a project for client, vendors and subcontractors.
- Provide necessary procedural and database management training to the project document control staff.
- Develop Project Master Distribution Matrix and define various media of distributions.
- Establish platform for exchanging of data between client, vendors and sub-contractors.
- Interpret project document control requirements and ensure compliance.
- Ensure access and guidance to all project personnel on project network and location of various important procedures and standards.
- Implement Lessons learned system.
- Manage project document control personnel staffing.
- Provide necessary reports to the Project Management Team.
- Manage the Company's Document Control team to ensure all work is undertaken within expected timeframes
- Develop and update the document control procedures and guidelines to ensure correct, consistent and standardised processes are used within the Document Control team
- Identify training needs and provide training of Document Control team in order to help them improve their current skills and abilities
- Interact with the client under the guidance of the project management and provide necessary reports.
- Familiarize with the project/client requirement on project close out, data retention and archival and also on As-built, Vendor Manufacturing Record Book and develop necessary work process.
- Implementation project records retention and archival and map project close out activities.
- Tracking for As Built and progress data.
Subordinates, peers and leadership ;
- Work closely with peers in order to reach the common and shared goals for NOV within area of responsibility
- Develop successor for own position and also ensure that succession plan in is in place for subordinates
- Record non-conformances and improvements and implement Project corrective actions as and when required
- Ensure that clear interfaces are in place towards Subcontractor(s), Suppliers and other parties with respect to Scope of Work and responsibilities
Methods of Work
- Effectively plan and manage area of responsibility taking into account the various business requirements (existing laws, legislation, standards and existing guidelines in the company.
- Ensure that relevant working methods are followed and kept up-to-date
- Ensure that employees perform their jobs in such a way as to reduce environment and health risks
- Regularly evaluate working methods and conditions thereby minimize the risk for workplace and environmental incidents and thereby minimize the risk for quality issues
- Ensure that processes you own are; efficient and effective, implemented in compliance with internal and external requirements, defined and documented, known to everybody working in the process, continually measured, evaluated, improved and secured
- For processes you own; make sure to report process performance based on common KPIs, rise issues and risks that need to be resolved on a higher management level
- Develop, own and implement strategies.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Proficiency ProArc is mandatory
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership & Organizing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Confident and motivated & Subject Matter Know-how.
- Good Knowledge and Document Control Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards for record keeping.
- Physical Effort and work environment.
EXPERIENCE:
- 7 Years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, 5 Years minimum in Document Management Systems
